So you've found a bug that is taking an affect on the usability of Creation Depot, and you want to report it, fantastic! This helps us keep the convenience of our site at its best! We really appreciate your help!
1. Be sure that no one has already posted bout the bug you are experiencing. It could be posted in this forum of under the Acknowledged sub-forum. Feel free to reply on the topic that you are having the same issue!
2. Please include as much information as you can in your post! It will help us solve the problem much faster.
- What operating system you are using when the error occurred. Also the web browser you are on.
- The page you found the error on (please use what is in the address bar rather then naming the page)
- What were you tying to do when the error occurred, the more descriptive you are the better.
3. Don't post bugs that can be used to a user advantage to harm others or cheat in the site! Sent those errors to one of the moderators or myself!
We will try to reply and fix the problem as soon as we can! The topic will be moved to Acknowledged when it is being addressed, and will be locked when fixed.
